1 dead, 3 wounded in Seoul stabbing

Seoul, Jul 21 (EFE).- A man allegedly stabbed four people in Seoul Friday killing one and wounding three others, South Korean police reported.

The incident occurred at around 2 PM near Sillim Subway Station in southwestern Seoul.

The alleged assailant was carrying a sharp weapon when he was apprehended by the authorities and the motive remains unknown.

One of the victims died as a result of their injuries and the three others were receiving hospital care, Yonhap news agency reported. EFE
