‘This Some Nitroglycerin’: Man Arrested After Making ‘Joke’ Inside Crowded Police Precinct
MEMPHIS, TN (LPL/WREG) — Un hombre de Memphis fue arrestado después de que las autoridades dijeran que entró en una estación de policía atestada y actuó como si fuera a tirar lo que dijo que era nitroglicerina a los oficiales en escritorio.
Según la policía, los oficiales y los ciudadanos que esperaban para pagar sus infracciones estaban dentro de la Estación de de Policía de Ridgeway cuando Erick Faulkner entró con un contenedor de plástico. Caminó hasta el escritorio y dijo “esto es nitroglicerina” antes de actuar como si estuviera a punto de arrojárselo a los oficiales.
Los oficiales inmediatamente ordenaron a Faulkner que se tirara en el suelo y lo detuvieron.
Fue entonces cuando el acusado les dijo que solo estaba bromeando. El líquido resultó ser vinagre que bebe porque tiene cáncer. Le dijo a los oficiales que estaba allí para hablar con un oficial sobre un informe reciente que acababa de presentar.
Faulkner fue acusado de conducta desordenada.

MEMPHIS, TN (WREG) — A Memphis man was arrested after authorities say he walked into a crowded police station and acted like he was going to throw what he said was nitroglycerin at the desk officers.
According to police, officers and citizens waiting to pay their tickets were inside the Ridgeway Station when Erick Faulkner entered carrying a plastic container. He walked up to the desk and said “this some nitroglycerin” before acting like he was about to throw it at the officers.
The officers immediately ordered Faulkner to the ground and took him into custody.
That’s when the defendant told them that he was only joking. The liquid turned out to be vinegar that he drinks because he has cancer. He told officers he was there to speak with an officer about a recent report he had just filed.
Faulkner was charged with disorderly conduct.
