Raisi: Iran will attack Israel if it makes ‘the slightest move’ against it

Tehran, Apr 18 (EFE).- Iran’s president Ebrahim Raisi on Monday said that the military would attack Israel if it carries out the “slightest move” against the Islamic Republic.

“The slightest move on your part occurs against our nation, our armed forces will target the center of the Zionist regime,” he said.

Raisi made these remarks during a military parade to mark the national army day, which commemorates the day the military refused to suppress the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

Tanks, fighter jets, and missiles were displayed in the parade, presided over by the president alongside senior military officials.

The parade demonstrated drones that Tehran uses to carry out attacks in the region, according to Israel and the United States.

For the first time, the military paraded the Kaman-22 drone, which is capable of flying for 24 hours.

“This drone has an operating range of more than three thousand kilometers and is capable of flying up to an altitude of eight thousand meters,” the Mehr news agency reported. EFE
