Antetokounmpo helps Bucks narrow gap with Suns in NBA Finals series

Milwaukee, US, Jul 11 (EFE).- Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo helped his team post a decisive 120-100 win over the Phoenix Suns in Game 3 of the NBA Finals on Sunday and narrow the gap with their rivals in the best-of-seven series.

While the Suns had dominated in the first two games of the series that were played at home, their first outing in Milwaukee was both uninspired and inconsistent.

In contrast, the Bucks rallied around Antetokounmpo to pick up their first win and take the series to 1-2.

Antetokounmpo, who had scored 42 points in Game 2, gave yet another outstanding performance with 41 points on 14-of-23 shooting, 13 rebounds and 6 assists.

After a lackluster performance in Game 2, Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton stepped up to score 21 points, 9 assists, and 18 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists respectively.

Chris Paul top-scored for the Suns with 19 points and 9 assists.

Game 4 will also be played in Milwaukee on Wednesday. EFE
