MEMPHIS, TN (LPL) — “The Check-In Coffee” is a food truck that Keedran Franklin runs in the Winchester area. In addition to selling food at low prices, Franklin sometimes distributes food to those who are in need. But that’s not all, as Franklin also organizes community talks once a week in the same place to improve the mental health of the neighbors.

Under the name of “Black Men Build Memphis Healing Circle,” Franklin hopes to achieve, in addition to reaching out to the community through talk sessions, challenges for everyone to educate themselves and unite more.

“The Check-In Coffee” is located at 1798 Winchester Road, Memphis, TN 38114.
