Felony Drug and Weapon Arrest at Union Avenue and Mclean Boulevard

MEMPHIS, TN (MPD) — Investigators with the Heroin Overdose Response Team “HORT” and Drug Team One executed a narcotics search warrant in the area of McLean Boulevard and Union Avenue. Suspect Cody Fischer was located and taken into custody without incident. Investigators entered the residence and recovered approximately 232 pounds of Marijuana, 6.5 pounds of THC Wax, 257.1 grams of Marijuana Hash, and 100 THC Cartridges. Investigators also recovered fourteen handguns, three revolvers, two shotguns, eleven rifles, approximately twelve thousand rounds of live ammunition, cash, and several drug paraphernalia items. Officers transported suspect Fischer to 201 Poplar for booking and processing.

Suspect Cody Fischer has been charged with the following:

Manufacture/Deliver/Sell Controlled Substance to wit: Marijuana

Manufacture/Deliver/Sell Controlled Substance to wit: THC Concentrate (30 Counts)

Possession of Firearms During the Commission of a Dangerous Felony

Unlawful Possession of Steroids

El sospechoso Cody Fischer fue localizado y detenido sin incidentes.
