MEMPHIS, TN (LPL) — ¿Sabías que hay 165 parques y áreas verdes en nuestra ciudad? Desde caminar, correr o simplemente admirar la naturaleza, este verano no sólo se limita a espacios abiertos y albercas, sino también a eventos comunitarios artísticos y de interés general.

Los museos, las academias de arte y varias organizaciones artísticas comunitarias ofrecen un sinfín de actividades que varían dependiendo de los intereses familiares o de cada individuo.

Si quieres aprender un nuevo pasatiempo, algunas compañías ofrecen clases a precios módicos.

Levitt Shell Summer 2018 Free Music Concert Series

Cazateatro’s Bilingual Workshops Week

Shiloh National Military Park

El Parque Militar Nacional Shiloh contiene una gran variedad de sitios históricos. Además del campo de batalla de Shiloh (Shiloh Battlefield), de 5.000 acres, el parque cuenta con una unidad separada en Corinth, Mississippi. Situado dentro de los límites del Shiloh Battlefield está un cementerio nacional de Estados Unidos, que contiene las tumbas de 4.000 soldados y sus familiares. Shiloh National Military Park

Shiloh National Military Park contains a wide array of historic sites. In addition to the 5,000-acre Shiloh Battlefield, the park contains a separate unit at Corinth, Mississippi. Located within the boundaries of Shiloh Battlefield is a United States National Cemetery, which contains the graves of 4,000 soldiers and their family members. The Shiloh Indian Mounds National Historic Landmark is also located within the Shiloh Battlefield boundaries and preserves the remnants of a Mississippian Era Indian village.
