7 dead, several missing after Russia bombs Mykolaiv gov’t building

Odesa, Ukraine, Mar 29 (EFE).- A Russian rocket attack on the regional government headquarters in Mykolaiv killed at least seven people and injured 22 others, local emergency services said.

The attack against the building in the southern Ukrainian city was launched from Crimea, which was annexed by Russia in 2014, authorities reported.

The head of the regional administration, Vitaly Kim, who was not in the building at the time of the attack, said rescuers continued to search the rubble for eight civilians and three servicemen but added that most employees had been evacuated safely. EFE
