Whitehaven COVID-19 Vaccination Site Open This Weekend by Appointment Only

SHELBY COUNTY, TN (SCHD) — The Shelby County Health Department (SCHD) in partnership with Southwest Tennessee Community College (SWTCC), will provide vaccinations at the SWTCC Whitehaven Center at 1234 Finley Drive, Memphis, TN 38116, on Saturday, February 20th and Sunday, February 21st from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In order to make up appointments missed due to inclement weather, individuals who had scheduled appointments at SWTCC on Thursday, February 11th and Friday, February 12th will be rescheduled to the same time as the original appointment on Saturday, February 20th.

Persons with scheduled appointments at SWTCC on Tuesday, February 16th, Thursday, February 18th and Friday, February 19th will be rescheduled to the same time as their original appointment on Sunday, February 21st. There is no need to reschedule appointments.

Appointments scheduled at SWTCC on Wednesday, February 17th will be rescheduled to the same time on Wednesday, February 24th.

All other Health Department COVID-19 vaccination sites, including Appling, Germantown Baptist Church, and the Pipkin Building, will remain closed through Saturday and Sunday, February 20th and 21st. When they reopen next week, they will take previously scheduled appointments from this week. All of this week’s appointments at those sites will be automatically rescheduled on the same day of the week, time, and location next week. There is no need for anyone with a scheduled appointment this week to make a new appointment—they will be rescheduled automatically and the Health Department will send emails notifying individuals of their new appointment date.
