Taylor Swift announces new world tour

Los Angeles, Nov 2 (EFE).- Taylor Swift’s first world tour in five years will begin in March in the United States, the singer-songwriter said Wednesday.

“I’m enchanted to announce my next tour: Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour, a journey through the musical eras of my career (past & present!),” Swift wrote on Twitter.

According to the list of dates in one of the promotional pictures she posted, the tour is planned to begin on March 18, 2023 in Glendale, Arizona.

“The first leg of the tour will be in stadiums across the US, with international dates to be announced as soon as we can!,” she wrote.

She added in another tweet that she feels “like the luckiest person alive,” because during the tour she will be sharing the stage with artists like Paramore, Beabadoobee, Phoebe Bridgers, and the band Haim, among others.

“I can’t wait to see you. It’s been a long time coming,” she wrote.

Midnights, the last album by the 32-year old artist, sold over one million copies in its first week and broke the record for most listened to artist on Spotify in a single day. EFE
