Kyrgyzstan marks Ak Kalpak Day

Kyrgyzstan marked Ak Kalpak Day on Thursday in honour of the national headdress of the Kyrgyz and as a way to support national traditions and culture.

Although the holiday was officially established on 29 June 2016, it has been celebrated for 10 years.
