SOMERVILLE, TN (LPL/WMC/FOX 13) — Un hombre de Somerville murió instantáneamente después de ser alcanzado por un rayo el sábado.
De acuerdo con una campaña de GoFundMe iniciada por su familia, Darrell Hoskins estaba afuera cortando el pasto cuando fue alcanzado por un rayo.
El incidente ocurrió en su casa en Somerville, según la familia.
La familia dijo que murió instantáneamente.
Hoskins tenía una hija de 8 años, según la campaña.

According to a GoFundMe campaign started by family, Darrell Hoskins was outside cutting the grass on a riding lawn mower when he was struck by lightning.
The incident happened at his home in Somerville, according to family.
Family said he died instantly on the GoFundMe campaign.
Hoskins had an 8-year-old daughter, according to the campaign.
However, the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department told lightning had struck a nearby tree, which caused the tree to fall on him.
At the gofundme page reads:
“He was outside cutting the grass on his riding lawn mower and suddenly got struck by lightning he died instantly. The sad thing is my daughter and his eight-year-old daughter are the ones who found him so you can only imagine what them two little girls are going through right now she’s been helping raise his daughter for the past at least 5 years I’m doing this go fund site not only to help with funeral expenses but to help with his daughter anything will help and everything that gets donated to them will go straight to her and my sister it’s hard raising children on your own.”
