PhotoMcLaren Automotive is recalling 129 model year 2018-2019 Senna vehicles.

The engine harness may contact a metal link pipe heat shield, chafing the harness over time, potentially damaging the wires.

Damaged wires may cause a sudden reduction in engine power or an engine stall, increasing the risk of a crash.

What to do

McLaren will notify owners, and dealers will reroute the engine harness free of charge.

The manufacturer has not yet provided a notification schedule.

Owners may contact McLaren’s client services department at (855) 202-8815 or clientservicesna@mclaren.com.
