MEMPHIS, TN (LPL/WMC) — La ciudad de Memphis ha reparado casi 15.000 baches desde el 1 de enero.

City officials said 14,889 have been filled since the start of the year–up from 9,540 last week.
Memphis Mayor Jim Strickland said last month that the city is doing a better job with filling potholes. He said the city will have paved 90 percent more streets in the first three years of his administration than the last three of the previous administration.
But he acknowledges there’s still a backlog from years of underfunding.
