Napoleon’s life through Playmobil

French artists Laurent Lafont and Bob Borriello have created the exhibition ‘The Empire in Playmobil’, on display at the Wellington Museum in Waterloo, Belgium, 07 May 2021.

The exhibition is a representation of the life of Napoleon as well as the battle of Waterloo, recreated completely with Playmobil figurines.

All the characters have been customized based on the original Playmobil, with additions made with 3D printing, resin and the scratch technique.

The exhibition runs from 7 May until 5 September 2021.
