Paul George keeps Western Conference finals series alive for Clippers
Los Angeles, USA, Jun 28 (EFE).- A sublime Paul George helped the Los Angeles Clippers stay alive in the Western Conference finals with a 116-102 win over the Phoenix Suns in Game 5 on Monday.
George, who scored 20 points in the third quarter, was exceptional and ended with 41 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists.
He was supported by Reggie Jackson, who had 23 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists, and Marcus Morris, who scored 22 points.
For the Suns, who have not qualified for an NBA Finals since the 1992-1993 season, Devin Booker, with 31 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists, and Chris Paul, with 22 points, 3 rebounds and 8 assists, stood out.
Game 6 will be played at the Staples Center on Wednesday with the Suns holding a 3-2 advantage in the best-of-seven series. EFE
