Collierville Police Search for Man Who May Be Approaching Young Children
COLLIERVILLE, TN (LPL/localmemphis.com) — La policía de Collierville está buscando a un hombre que puede ser una amenaza para los niños pequeños.
Según la policía aproximadamente a las 7:20 p.m. del sábado, una niña de 12 años informó que estaba caminando por el área de Planter’s Ridge y Sagewood, cuando un hombre salió de una camioneta y se acercó a ella.
La víctima le dijo a la policía que era una camioneta blanca vieja conducida por un hombre afroamericano.
La policía dice que cuando la víctima gritó, el sospechoso regresó a la camioneta y abandonó el área.
El sospechoso fue visto por última vez vistiendo todo de negro y una máscara cubriendo su rostro.
El Departamento de Policía de Collierville revisó el área pero no localizó el vehículo.

According to police at approximately 7:20 p.m. Saturday, a 12-year-old girl reported she was walking the area of Planter’s Ridge and Sagewood, when a man got out of a van and approached her.
The victim told police it was an older white panel van driven by an African-American man.
Police say as the victim screamed, the suspect got back in the van and left the area.
The suspect was last seen wearing all black and a mask covering his face.
Collierville Police Department checked the area but did not locate the vehicle.
