Restaurant in Kramatorsk struck in deadly Russian missile attack

Kyiv, Jun 28 (EFE).- A Russian missile attack that struck a pizza restaurant in the eastern city of Kramatorsk killed at least 11 people, Ukrainian authorities said Wednesday.

Among the dead are a 17-year-old girl and 14-year-old twin sisters, according to Ukrainian police, while more than 60 people were wounded in the missile attack Tuesday night.

“As of 17:00 on June 28, the bodies of 11 people (including three children) have been recovered from the rubble, 56 people have been injured (including one child) and seven people have been rescued (unharmed),” the State Emergency Service reported on Telegram.

The attack on Kramatorsk is one of the deadliest in recent weeks and has been condemned by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. EFE
