Sculpture promoting diversity

Several artisans carve make sculptures and carve wooden masks in their workshops in Grand-Bassam, Ivory Coast, ahead of the World Art Day.

On April 15 of each year, World Art Day celebrations help strengthen the bonds between artistic creations and society, promote greater awareness of the diversity of artistic expressions and highlight the contribution of artists with sustainable development.
