Suspect Shot During Robbery Outside IHOP
MEMPHIS, TN (Localmemphis.com/LPL) — Un sospechoso de robo se encuentra en estado crítico, otro bajo custodia policial y un tercer sospechoso emprendió la fuga después de un robo y un tiroteo en un restaurante de IHOP.
Los disparos se efectuaron alrededor en la madrugada del miércoles en el domicilio 1200 de East Shelby Drive en Whitehaven.
La policía dice que tres hombres intentaron robar a un hombre mientras caminaba hacia su automóvil. Ese hombre disparó a los tres sospechosos, hiriendo a uno de ellos. Ese sospechoso fue llevado al hospital en estado crítico. Un segundo sospechoso fue detenido. El tercero se fugó.

Este es el mismo restaurante de IHOP en donde un buen samaritano fue asesinado a tiros tratando de calmar una disputa doméstica en mayo del 2017. Según los informes, Devin Wilson estaba tratando de disolver una disputa entre Charles Derrick Harris y su exnovia cuando Harris le disparó a Wilson, según el reporte policiaco.
Harris estuvo prófugo durante meses, antes de ser capturado en Chicago en noviembre. Se enfrenta a un cargo de homicidio en primer grado.

MEMPHIS, TN (localmemphis.com) — A robbery suspect is in critical condition, another in police custody, and a third suspect is on the run after a robbery and shooting at an IHOP restaurant.
Shots were fired about 12:41 a.m. Wednesday in the 1200 block of East Shelby Drive in Whitehaven.
Police say three men tried to rob a man as he walked to his car. That man fired shots at the three suspects, injuring one of them. That suspect was taken to the hospital in critical condition. A second suspect was taken into custody. The third is on the run.

This is the same IHOP restaurant where a good Samaritan was shot and killed trying to break-up a domestic dispute in May 2017. Devin Wilson was reportedly trying to break up a fight between Charles Derrick Harris and his ex-girlfriend when police say Harris shot Wilson.
Harris was on the run for months, before being captured in Chicago in November. He faces a first-degree murder charge.
