Memphis Police Car Stolen in Germantown, Later Found

MEMPHIS, TN (ABC 24 News) — Someone stole a car belonging to the Memphis Police Department (MPD) over the weekend in Germantown.
MPD said Germantown Police responded to the theft of a black Chrysler 300 just after 9 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 17, in the 1300 block of Brookside Drive.
Police use the car for investigative purposes, and it’s equipped with blue lights and sirens, according to MPD.
The car was later found in the 6400 block of Moriah Way. No one was inside.
