MEMPHIS, TN (FOX13) — A local family wants to know who threw a brick at their home and painted a racial slur on their garage in southeast Memphis.
This was not the first time the man’s home had been vandalized.
He and his family have lived there for more than 20 years. He said they’d had bricks thrown at the home several times, but the painted slur was first.
They’ve since painted over it, but the man said the hurt can not be erased.
But the man showed the hurtful racial slur spray-painted across his garage door.
Vandals also threw bricks at his front door and his garage.
The man lives with his mother, wife, and child. They’ve been in their southeast Memphis home for more than two decades.
