The new drag-show bar reviving Bangkok’s famous nightlife scene

After months of hiatus caused by COVID-19 restrictions, Bangkok’s vibrant nightlife scene is starting to come alive once again, and a number of entrepreneurs have seized the opportunity to launch new ventures.

One of these is Thailand’s drag darling Pangina Heals (Pan Pan Narkprasert), who has opened House of Heals, a nightclub to showcase drag artists, comedians and musicians.

The 32-year-old co-host of “Drag Race Thailand,” a local version of “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” opened the club both to achieve her lifelong dream of owning her own venue, but also to send a message of hope.
