Un muerto, cuatro heridos por tiroteo en discoteca Hickory Hill
One Dead, Four Injured in Hickory Hill Nightclub Shooting
MEMPHIS, TN (LPL/WREG) — Un hombre armado esta prófugo después de un tiroteo mortal afuera de un club nocturno de Hickory Hill el domingo por la madrugada.
La policía confirma que un hombre murió y otros cuatro se están recuperando después de ser heridos de bala fuera del Truth Night Bar. Dos de las víctimas están en estado crítico y se espera que las otras dos se recuperen.
El dueño del club, Christian Donovan, dice que envía sus condolencias a la familia del hombre que perdió la vida.
“Quiero enviar mis pensamientos y oraciones a su familia”, dijo Donovan. “Sé que debe ser muy difícil para ellos en este momento”. Él dice que el tiroteo ocurrió justo afuera de la puerta trasera del club y que cerca de 200 personas estaban paradas afuera cuando sucedió.
Donovan dice que trabajan unos 15 guardias de seguridad dentro del negocio, pero cree que el tiroteo no comenzó como un altercado dentro del bar.
“Incluso las personas que estaban en el club que estaban aquí, saben que nadie peleó en el club”, también dijo que nadie adentro resultó herido y que no había un arma en el bar.
Donovan ha pedido varias cámaras a la ciudad, pero no las ha recibido. “Entro en algunos de estos vecindarios, veo cámaras en tiempo real en todas partes. No podemos conseguir una cámara en tiempo real aquí por nada”.
Este no es el primer tiroteo del que te hemos hablado en esta área. En diciembre, dispararon a dos hombres fuera de la barbería junto al Truth Night Bar. Donovan dice que el propietario ha sido desalojado.
La policía de Memphis no ha identificado a la persona que recibió el disparo ni al posible sospechoso. Le están pidiendo a cualquiera que tenga información sobre esta situación que llame a STOPPERS DE CRIMEN al 528-CASH.

MEMPHIS, TN (WREG) — A gunman is at large after a deadly shooting outside of a Hickory Hill nightclub early Sunday morning.
Police confirm one man is dead and four others are recovering after shots were fired outside of the Truth Night Bar. Two of the victims are in critical condition and the other two are expected to be okay.
Club owner Christian Donovan says he sends his condolences to the family of the man who lost his life.
“I want to send my thoughts and prayers to his family,” Donovan said. “I know it must be very hard for them right now.” He says the shooting happened right outside the club’s back door and nearly 200 people were standing outside when it happened.
Donovan says there about 15 security guards working but he believes the shooting did not begin as an altercation inside the bar.
“Even the people that were in the club that were here, they know no one got to fighting in the club,” He also stated no one inside was hurt and there was not a gun in the bar.
Donovan has asked the city for cameras several times but has not received them. “I go into some of these other neighborhoods, I see real time cameras everywhere. We cannot get a real time camera over here for nothing.”
This is not the first shooting we’ve told you about in this area. In December, two men were shot outside the barbershop next to Truth Night Bar. Donovan says the owner has since been evicted.
Memphis police have not identified the person who was shot nor a possible suspect. They are asking anyone with information on this situation to call CRIME STOPPERS at 528-CASH.
