Volunteers clean South Africa’s Hennops River amid pandemic

Volunteers wearing masks to protect themselves from coronavirus clean the Hennops River in Pretoria, South Africa, 12 May 2020.

The clean up was led by the NGO Hennops Revival, which was given the OK by local authorities to collect rubbish from the river amid the Covid-19 lockdown.
