Goodfellas star Ray Liotta dies aged 67

Santo Domingo, May 26 (EFE).- American actor Ray Liotta has died at the age of 67 in the Dominican capital, the country’s film commission confirmed to Efe Thursday.

His representative Jennifer Allen told US media that the actor died in his sleep in Santo Domingo, where the actor was on location to film Dangerous Waters.

The actor is survived by his fiancée Jacy Nittolo.

Liotta, a New Jersey native, was nominated for a Golden Globe for his role as Ray Sinclair in the 1986 Something Wild and went on to star in Martin Scorsese’s mobster hit Goodfellas.EFE
