ROCKPORT, MA (AP) — Un estudiante universitario de Massachusetts recibió respuesta a un mensaje que arrojó al océano en una botella cuando tenía 10 años.
Max Vredenburgh, quien se encuentra en su segundo año en la Universidad Suffolk, dice que puso la carta en una botella de vino hecha de cristal que lanzó al agua en la playa Long Beach de Rockport en agosto de 2010.

MASSACHUSETTS (The Guardian) — A Massachusetts college student has received a response to a message he threw into the ocean when he was 10 years old.
Suffolk University sophomore Max Vredenburgh said he put the letter into a glass wine bottle that he threw into the water at Long Beach, in the picturesque old fishing town of Rockport, north of Boston, in August 2010.
Vredenburgh’s father texted him last Friday to say that he had received a letter from someone named “G Dubois” who found the bottle on a beach on the Atlantic coast in southern France on 10 October this year.
In Vrendenburgh’s original letter he listed some of his favorite things including apples, the beach and outer space. He also asked that the letter’s recipient “please write back”.
The 19-year-old Vredenburgh has now posted photos of the letters on Twitter.
