GERMANTOWN, TN (LPL/Fox 13 / WREG) — Los investigadores respondieron a un accidente mortal de tren en Germantown.
La policía fue llamada al área de Poplar Pike y McVay luego de que una persona fue atropellada por un tren en el área.
Esa persona fue declarada muerta en la escena.

La policía de Germantown no identificó a la persona asesinada porque no se notificó a la familia, pero dijo que se trata de una investigación en curso.

Police were called to the area of Poplar Pike and McVay after a person was hit by a train in the area.
That person was pronounced dead on the scene.
Officers responded to the scene at 12:06 p.m.
Germantown Police have not identified the person killed because family has not been notified, but said it is an ongoing investigation.
It happened in “an area of the tracks not open to pedestrian traffic,” police said.
Just last month, an elderly couple was killed near the same area when their car drove through railroad crossing arms near Poplar Pike and Forest Hill-Irene.
